1. Using the service

You may use Publifying Links to shorten links you have the right to share. You are responsible for the destinations you point our links at.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use short links to distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. We remove links that do, without notice, and may suspend the account behind them.

3. Availability

We aim for 99.9% availability on redirects. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Your links keep resolving after cancellation.

5. Your data

Your links and their analytics belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time. Deleting your account removes both, permanently.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
